We guarantee the implementation work within our control.
Within the agreed implementation period, every enrolled pilot location will receive a documented canopy asset record, current condition status and prioritized action list. If the initial implementation is not complete within the agreed period for reasons within Lake James Canopies’ control, we continue that initial implementation work at no additional management fee until it is complete.
